I'm not usually one to give bad reviews, but...
It started off looking promising, but the actual game was piss-poor. Controlling some strange stick man thing, simply by pressing space to jump over hairy fat things, which constantly appeared in the exact same place...
i know its not really your fault that this has a high score, but really... weak.
and to that last guy...
why cant you do something like this? its ridiculously easy :/
make movie clips of the gerbils moving, give them instance names gerbil and gerbil 2, make the smeg guy a movie clip which animates him jumping, make spacebar get him to jump, and make a simple hit test between the guy and the gerbils that makes the game end :( if you cant do that, then you are frankly shit.

alot of tallent is scared off by reviews like this, at least provide sum constructive critisism. as to your "piss-poor" comment though, u seemed to really like your first games you made, which i'v just had a look at..quite frankly, if this is "piss-poo" as a first attempt, god knows what yours were!

Why the hell don't the U.S. Army have any then? they seem to have some sort of sway in the company?

I only put the half-life bit in though, because half-life rules, despite 101 different plot-holes. it all adds to the charm!

very good for a first attempt. to improve it you should give us a couple more lives, cus it was really hard, and make the mouse show up again when you die so you can click the replay button easier, but apart from that it was a very good game!

Yeah, this is my first flash game, and I was wanting some good tutorials to base it from, and flashkit offered a very very comprehensive tutorial that gave the core of a good side-scroller game, (the tutorial was by David Doull), and anyhow, I took the foundations of that tutorial and expanded it big time. :D
